When using any chemical product whether mild or powerful, it is sensible to wear gloves to protect your hands and nails.

For our most powerful cleaners we supply suitable gloves as part of the kit, along with a brush to make application easy. Our Oven Mate Gel cleaning kit and the Oven Mate Gas Burner and Hob Cleaner both come with gloves, but any kitchen glove such as a washing up glove is more than adequate to protect your hands. If you do get any chemical cleaning product onto your skin, rinse off immediately with clean water.

Our products do not have harsh, acrid smells, but it is good practice to apply any chemical product in a well ventilated environment.
